Life Changing!!!!
it's a very "in your face" approach which is totally "my cup of tea"
Definitely help me unlock my fears and start doing something about it.
And YES!!!! My life will never be the same after this book!! It's very lame and cliched thing to say, however it does say it wall.
100% Recomend.
Do recomend to give yourself a bit of time between each chapters, especially if you're doing the pdf coach session as well; it's very wise to give yourself a bit of time to process all before moving to the next chapter.
Some chapters will be more painful and hard to go through, however those are the one that will help you the most.

This book will empower you to change your life for good, it will provide you with real life cases to provide you incite and draw comparisons of previous patterns in your current life from these cases, this in itself with the analysis that Mel carries out with cross-examinations is an exceptional and holistic view to draw change and transformation for a happier and fulfilled life.

Amazing book!
I discovered Mel Robbins on Instagram & instantly became a fan of her IG videos with her tips for life & how she included her family in the videos. After watching one of Mel's TED Talks, I decided to download this Audible book & Mel didn't disappoint. Firstly, I love Mel's witty, no-nonsense, straight-talking approach but also with genuine compassion & a desire to help others. The different coaching sessions are really good to hear as there are takeaways in each case but the end goal is the same ... to face fear & take control of it. I'll definitely be downloading all Mel's other books & I've already started applying her advice into my life & gaining more control over my fears.

loved it!
Loved listening to Mel and her coaching sessions. I learned a lot about myself and found similiar patterns of fear in myself when listening to the different coaching sessions.
some great aha moments for the people being coached. It was nice listening to peoples stories, being vulnerable and sharing their fears and thinking of ways to change their habit towards fear.

A great listen- now go act!
Really like the way Mel talks and doesn’t try to bombard you with stuff you don’t need. Great stories to relate to and great take aways- hard to remember everything!

Amazing
Self help books are often damaging because the author/idol explains how they have made it and how you can too if you just did xyz. Missing the fact that we need to come from a place of self love/respect first.
Mel Robbins brilliantly uses real life examples to explain how we are triggered by fear and how recognising that fear can help us control it and create a new path which is present and positive.
I bought it out of curiosity, not because I was looking for answers but when I listened I recognised a part of myself in the stories. I loved it and will take away so much from it. Thanks Mel.

No BS tolerated
Loved this, although it triggered some major physical and emotional reactions. Mel has a direct, no nonsense approach and it works for me. Sound advice that is unpacked and explained clearly. Listening to real life individuals sharing their coaching sessions has a far greater impact than simply reading about them. Strongly recommend.
