Rosemary Landore's voice narrating a lovely story so well, and in such a sympathic, enhancing manner - what a joy to listen to is delightful.

The story was very slow to unfold. Once the issue with the original Earl was exposed, there was not much substance to the story from then on. Too much repetition as well. I like the author a lot but this was, sady, one of my least favourite of her books
