I have read all of the Ark Royal series except for number 11. The style is strange with characters often speculating about unlikely outcomes. There is also a weird obsession about the aristocracy.Also repetitive statements about Stellar Star movies, the cost of missiles, drones etc and how using them upsets the bean counters. Despite this I am hooked and will be listening to Book 14 when it is published!
