I enjoyed this book, these are all easy to do steps, Christine Whelan has really done some great research, simplified it & and put it into one book & made it a shorter read than most.

Informative, insightful and well presented.
Finding purpose can sometimes feel like a self help cliche, this lecture series was down to earth and practical.
I would recommend this to young and older people who are maybe feeling a bit stuck. Or to someone who has completed therapy or has been on a self discovery journey and is ready to take the next step.
