Complete guide indeed

The book is self-explanatory. It gives you insight on how you brain functions and a great deal of tips to encounter your better self when solving problems, discussing with people, appealing to your good side always. True many parts of the book was to technical, but that's because when you don't know why something works like that, the author tries to teach the listener how that works. I definitely recommend this book.

I like the style of providing tools to deal with certain situations. I believe in those tools that they provide because they work. easy-to-understand vocabulary, I really like it, I think most of the things you say are consistent with real life.

This book is written with the goal of using emotional intelligence in the work place I think but one could definitely get a lot out if it just for personal use. The sections on self awareness and self management were particularly interesting and helpful for meto achieving emotional intelligence. A very awakening listen.

pretty valuable book

The first book is on emotional intelligence and it's talked about how we can improve our social skill, relation and how we can boosting our EQ. The second book discussed about cognitive behavior therapy where i have learn how i can overcome depression and anxiety. The third book is all about mindfulness where i have got the complete discussion about habits for living in the present moment. Book four helped me to learn about discipline where i have found practical guide for highly sensitive people.

Simply Amazing!!

Maybe the best book I have listened so far on emotional intelligence. It would be hard to implement all the advice in this book and perform all the exercises though. His books are very affordable and there is a lot of great information in there. I highly recommend his books.

Helped me a lot!!

These tips are anything but difficult to follow in Daily life schedule, particularly illustrations makes it straightforward the circumstances and behaviors.This is a decent reference to have around when you get yourself not as much as amped up forever and the general population you share it with. We should figure out how to control our feelings.
