Introducing The Time Police, a series by international bestselling author, Jodi Taylor - an irresistible spinoff from the much-loved Chronicles of St Mary's series. Perfect for fans of Doctor Who, Terry Pratchett and Jasper Fforde.

'The best way to describe this book: lots of fun' British Fantasy Society

'Inventive and entertaining... a fast-paced and fun first book in what promises to be an excellent new series' Culturefly

A long time ago in the future, the secret of time travel became known to all. Unsurprisingly, the world nearly ended. There will always be idiots who want to change history.

Enter the Time Police. An all-powerful, international organisation tasked with keeping the timeline straight. At all costs.

Their success is legendary. The Time Wars are over. But now they must fight to save a very different future - their own.

This is the story of Jane, Luke and Matthew - the worst recruits in Time Police history. Or, very possibly, three young people who might change everything.

Having come to St Mary's late and listened back to back to the series I was looking forward to this new chapter of the 'universe'.

I was not dissapointed. The story was well conceived and written and once again wonderfully read bringing the story to life.

Looking forward to another outing.

brilliant offshoot if St Mary's

This book is firmly within the St Mary canon. a few new characters and a great chance to expand time police peeps. I knock it back a star as a little too much reliance on old and familiar faces.

another strand of the Maryverse

Just as good as the St Mary’s Chronicles. Cannot wait to see more from these new characters! Zara Ramm is fabulous as always :(

I was a bit worried as the time police have never had a sense of humour .. but omg! this was absolutely fabulous in every way .. I loved it and didn't want it to end .. please write more Jodi ... I just loved the characters and the cross over with at Mary's
totally recommend this book as usual brilliantly narrated by zhara 😊

I really enjoyed this first installment, it amazes me how fresh and fun it felt after listening to all of the St Mary's series, it was nice to see old favourites from a different point of view incorporated in a new story. I had many real laugh out loud moments and I am looking forward to the next book. My only small gripe was Jane, her inner dialogue did get a bit annoying and repetitive but then maybe that was the whole point or her character!

Very Enjoyable and Funny
