Wow! How amazing to have Alex back in this world and to see the development between him, Pamela, Mac and Oka. Pamela is struggling with her dark side whilst trying to save the caravan and her people. Wonderful writing with characters you really care about. The narration is spot on as always. Love, love this series and anything Ms Mayer writes!

There’s so much going on in this book and so much coming together! I can’t wait to start the next. Khristine’s performance was great, too; there were a couple of instances that had me quirking my lips (in a grin), but you’ve got to remember that Pam is a Brit who’s lived most of her life around Americans. Her accent is going to be a bit different!

This book picks up right where Aimless Witch finishes. Alex and Pamela meet again after years apart. Both have changed in unbelievable ways, just like the world has !! Another great read, couldn’t put it down. Can’t wait for next book.
