This is the second title in the Trident Security series and although characters overlap, it's not necessary to read others as each story can be read and enjoyed independently. Having said that, reading in order is necessary.

Ian and Angel's story is intense but these alpha Doms know how to look after their lady loves!

Angie finds herself needing protection and hires the Trident Security. Ian has been fighting his feelings for her and is now thrown into her life fulltime. The chemistry between these two melts the pages. I enjoyed the push and pull Ian had to become close to Angie. Once again, the Trident boys, past Navy Seals work together and bring this story to life. His Angel is action packed and full of suspense, but romance is always at the top of the list.

Donovan Kane narrates this story to life. He has a smooth and easy to listen to voice. Kane easily transitions from male to female characters and keeps the story flowing. I enjoyed this narration and cannot wait to jump into the next book.

I enjoyed listening to Donovan Kane. Who brings the action, drama, chemistry, humour and heat to your ears.

Ian is a ex Navy Seal, who lives in Tampa, who with his family and old team mates, both own and run two companies. One being Trident security and the other is a BDSM club. All men are experienced Doms. Ian keeps his heart guarded as it was broken before. Angie moved to Tampa for the warmth, and her graphic design company is slowly growing. But her love life is on the rocks. That is until she meets her new neighbour's Brody's boss Ian.
Angie's best friend Jimmy contacts Trident security to watch over Angie when he goes back undercover on a DEA mission. Ian likes Angie and the two go on a date. I loved the bathroom scene with the woman and Heather. Ian introduces Angie to his BDSM lifestyle and is happy the see she loves to push her boundaries. When someone tries to kidnap Angie . We have murder, kidnapping, dirty DEA agents, a drug cartel. Strong Alpha male, a strong sexy woman. Great characters, action , suspense and hotness.

His Angel has lots of danger and suspense as well as a kinky BDSM club and some hot and steamy sex. I love the storyline and the characters. It is captivating, and I can't wait to continue on with this series. I received this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this unbiased review.
