In honor of Memorial Day, the Movie Disciples fall in line to breakdown some of the greatest military movies ever! They each talk about some of the movies that come to mind for each of them from Edge of Tomorrow, Independence Day, Top Gun, The Rock, Pearl Harbor, Saving Private Ryan to name a few. The Movie Disciples link up to discus The Maze Runner getting a reboot and/or continuation. With that they talk about why all of reboots and continuations keep happening. Joose Wayne gives FREE GAME/Tales from the Set in a new segment on the pod when he speaks on his time onset of The Hunger Games movie. Dre & Brian breakdown and theorize on the latest Deadpool & Wolverine trailer! They discuss everything from what they liked about the trailer to what stood out to them in the trailer as well. They also talk about all the possible cameos that could happen in the film and in Avengers Secret Wars. Around (22:22) they talk about the reshoots with Captain Marvel & She-Hulk in Deadpool & Wolverine, will the characters be edited out because of the Brie Larson backlash? (36:55) Keke Palmer is rumored to be in the MCU, who could she possibly play? And before they leave they talk the comments Winston Duke made about playing live-action Batman (47:23).

The Movie Disciples want to know are some sequels worth making like The Matrix 5 and Lottery Ticket 2? Or should they leave stuff as is? They then deep dive into all the news & a few trailers that dropped during CinemaCon like Joker Folie A Deux, Transformers One and the big news of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are getting a live action adaptation of The Last Ronin and it will be rated R! The Movie Disciples take the red pill and get back into The Matrix since it's 25th year anniversary with a look back on the film and how it changed the action and science fiction genre. They also touch on the latest in the animation with X-Men '97 and breakdown how surprisingly good the show has been. In honor of Black History Month the Movie Disciples come together for their first draft! Since this podcast is all about fandom they decide to hold the Black Heroes of Fandom draft (1:11).
