In this episode of the Mind Money Soul podcast, I’m going to be sharing how to stay motivated towards clearing your debt.

This episode was inspired by a gal who slid into my DM’s recently. She shared that she originally had 40K of debt and is now down to 5K of debt, however feels a serious lack of motivation to get her last chunk of debt cleared. Does this resonate with you? Sometimes it seems the closer you get to your goal, the harder it is. I’ll let you into a little secret…The driving force behind achieving your goals isn’t motivation. You need to stop passing control over to the hands of motivation. If you rely on motivation to be the sole thing that helps you achieve your dreams, goals and ambitions, hate to break to you but you’re fucked. Motivation comes and goes in alignment with your emotions, energy and thoughts on any given day, and what rocky territory this is to be. We need strong foundations and we need to rely on action. The focus of working towards our goals and dreams needs to be in the hands of discipline, action, habits and systems. It’s here that you will achieve financial freedom, whatever that means to you.
