Things seem to be looking up when the team is called to Kensal Green Cemetery to investigate the grave of a sinister Victorian doctor. Strange apparitions have been seen there, and the site must be made safe. Brilliant.
A brilliant sequel to the first book. My personal favourite in the series; with a nice mix of grim humour and heart-racing action, The Whispering Skull is definitely worth a read.

Loved the narrator in the first and second audio
I absolutely love the reading in this book, not fond of the reader in the after books, in the series.

Spooky, and spellbinding throughout
loved it and could not put it down. a great listen. a book for teenagers and adults alike and I am getting hooked into the L&Co adventures. read the first one as there are references even though this one stands alone.

Good.
I started listening to this series because of the Netflix show, and one thing that comes to mind when listening is how great the TV show captures the books. Sure there are some differences, but unlike how it usually is nothing is actually missing in the TV show, and some choices that are different I actually found better and more interesting. Too bad it got cancelled, but now I can finally go on to the third book and see what happens.
The narrator is good, but not as good as the woman who did the first book, the characterization isn't as good and it's harder to distinguish between characters in a conversation.
