Summary
This book is the exact steps and processes that I took after leaving a failing business to become a property entrepreneur and investor. I did this with very little of my own money, as I didn't have much and after a few short years I am now a landlord of multiple properties, have a successful property sourcing business, and am financially free. It's not always been this good and this book tells you exactly how I turned my business life around to become a much more financially stable and knowledgeable entrepreneur. What makes a business a success is the not the idea, product, or service; it's the Determination, Drive, and Ambition of the Entrepreneur who started it and a "Whatever It Takes" approach. Enjoy.

I appreciate when authors deliver audiobooks themselves.

Great learning
I love this book and the way Alasdair Cunningham gives away so much detailed information about all aspects of investing in property. The best part for me was finding out all the pros and cons for each strategy and importance of compliance when starting a property business.

Great tips but poor presentation
This audiobook is so unpolished it is embarrassing. Throughout the book, you can hear the author muck up a section and then Re-record the section. Multiple times. The amount of times you hear the author say that you need to act with diligence in property deals but applies none of that to his editing of an audio book, makes the listening question the professionalism of the speaker.
I came to this book as a recommendation from Samuel Leeds and he even enforces the author in the foreword - but I wouldn’t be happy with the presentation if I was him.
If you can get past the very amateurish recording and editing then the content is very good and was good enough for me to excuse the very poor presentation.

Unprofessional
50/50 autobiography /property audio book. Some clear unprofessional editing and recording issues which is poor for a paid product compared to others on the market. There are plenty more detailed, more professional property books on the market which add more value than this. Okay if you want to listen to a story and are interested in the author's life.
