Quite good book
This is a book that tells you the right principals to have in order to be successful and great on selling and good communications skills.
However this audio book only tells the principals but doesn't develop much of its story, making it more facts oriented than story, not allowing the full understanding of the subjects presented!

Practical solutions
This deserves a review but I'm not great at writing or punctuation.
Anyway, before this I listened to How to make friends... and How to stop worrying... and the reader's voice is calm and consistent, a voice that makes you want to listen. I thought this book would be similar, but it actually had multiple narrators, which may be good if you don't like one particular voice and can bear through it but to me it was a little confusing; most of the voices were pretty good and the content is worth it.
As for the content it was hard to follow so I'll probably have to re-listen to take it in, but I use Carnegie books as a reference and take notes anyway so it just reminds and cements the learning for me.
I didn't realise it was a course when I bought it and that it was for business people mainly (from what I remember, as I listened a while ago). It feels like a mix of Carnegie's other books so I recognised a lot of the information but it was presented in a slightly different way.
There were lots of personal anecdotes from the narrators which actually were good examples. I'm not great at remembering isolated information so story examples suit me to the ground.
That's all I can manage for now as I'm toss at writing, but definitely worth listening to if you're interested in psychology as it covers what works on people.
I'd also highly recommend Carnegie's other books, they're invaluable and thorough in which he gives physical and practical steps, which if followed, you can't mess up.
If psychology is your thing, more books I'd suggest are:
Influence by Robert Cialdini
and
What Do You Really Want for Your Children? by Wayne Dyer
The latter may not appeal to un-childrened people, but basic child psychology can effectively work on adults aswell. Try get past halfway as it took me a while to get into it but was well worth it and now I'm on my second listen taking notes.
