Anti-stress and De-stress - Comforts and Uplifts

Good audio quality and narration. The voice is very relaxing, with a soft and gentle quality to it. The sort of voice that brings the listener to the present time, here and now. The meditations have minimal background music which helps to concentrate on the content when listening.

The chapters are titled, and between 15 to 20 minutes each. The first two explains the concept of angels (you can agree or disagree but it is comforting to hear and makes one feel being looked after, as if helps always available if you ask for it). There are four meditations on different topics.

Fantastic for bedtime listening, and/or relaxing and getting a rest from stress. Been listening to it many times, and will do so again.
