I feel so grateful
This completely changed my mindset and made me feel a lot more positive in life. I highly recommend this to anyone who perhaps feels like they have a negative outlook on life (which I did), you’ll completely change this.

An action taking audiobook on gratitude.
Unlike many books, this actually gives you step by step instructions of how to get the result the book promises. The inspirational background music really helps cultivate the emotions needed to really feel and make changes in your life.
I've going through the 28 days once and during this I've had many breakthroughs and tears of joy at times. I've immediately started a repeat of the 28 days and I will likely keep the 10 things of gratitude indefinitely.
