As such, my writing serves a dual purpose: to share her experiences, educate the public on navigating the court's stratagems, and advocate for needed court reform. One proposal for reform is to make court transcripts protected, public, and integral to the court docket. Presently, court reporters, lacking a law degree, own transcripts without adequate safeguards by the court.
