Beautiful guide for introverts

I have greatly enjoyed this podcast - every episode brought some light yet well-researched and beautifully narrated story about specific situations for introverts (at work, networking, in parents-children dynamics). I have found it useful, from a practical perspective, with tools and explanations on introverts’ likes and dislikes, strong and weak points. The warmth of the narration made me feel well-accepted, ie there is nothing wrong in being an introvert, we just have different ways to capture and use energy. So many recommendations have resonated well wth me (on energy, resting time, on dealing with children).
