More than a travel guide
I feel like the author of this book went above and beyond to create a guide that not only shows you the places to go but helps you go there safely and effectively (financially and for what you pack). The information provided is so useful. You will need to do very little research to complement this guide and I think that's pretty cool.

"THE" book for fun on the road
This is a fun book for the wondering motorist. It includes various stops that have to be taken would be very memorable. The first listed trip is the one that i seek to take... The pacific coast highway drive! The book does a good job of describing things that must be seen along the listed trips. I can't wait to visit the Appalachians!

Awesome Road Trip Companion
I am a seasoned traveler as I prefer to drive rather than fly. I love books like this as there is so much I probably have never heard of or would ever see if not for books like these. This book will certainly enhance your next road trip through exhilarating journeys through some of America's most iconic routes, such as the Pacific Coast Highway or training the steps of the pre-US highway routes which are filled with so much cultural history. I have done a few road trips that we stayed off the main interstates and if you can, that is the way to travel as there is so much off the beaten path.
This book is about reaching your destination and enhancing your experiences along the way. The book has some awesome anecdotes which keeps things interesting. Highly recommend this book for those that enjoy traveling and want to keep things interesting and exciting.

Easy to listen and great places to travel
I wanted to be inspired by some new places to go and visit, and this audible cropped up. Great information about 15 epic road trips across America, full of useful advice and hidden gems. Our favourite chapter was Hiking It Over to the Appalachians - this is something we are now going to book after listening to this audible - it sounds truly epic! Every chapter makes you want to book each adventure but we will work our way through them all starting with hiking it over to the Appalachians!

Great Travel Guide
This book is a great book if you have a bucket list for traveling around the world. The information in this audible book has many places to visit during your travel time. I will definitely be using this guide for some of the places I would like to visit. The history that is told in the different places to visit are awesome information to know. Great Book!!!
