Summary

Many authors will claim that getting their work published took a great deal of blood, sweat, and tears. In the case of this book, that is literally true. In order to develop a weight loss system that creates proven and predictable results, I put myself through over 2,000 separate blood tests.

Open minded but so confused

Michael Mosley brought this way of eating to my attention and now doing research into the lifestyle . I liked Craig Becks entertaining style but some areas not addressed. Three quarters of book is drop sugar and carbs. One chapter on allowed green foods and then a sketch of a few days of his food. Am I supposed to have dairy am I supposed to count calories as well and where do I put together a shopping list/meal plan. The answer it seems is to subscribe to his website. Useful book if you've never heard about hidden sugars and low carb diets as a starting place. Lots of conflicts between his suggestions but hey I'm open minded and it worked for him it could work for you if you can guess what foods you can have and quantities

A life changing book.

What made the experience of listening to The Blood Glucose Diet the most enjoyable?

This book has literally saved my life ... In January 2017 I was diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and heading straight for a heart attack. After listening to this book (at least five times!) the message Craig puts over is a compelling one! If you eat wheat you will get fat.. it is that simple... My blood glucose level from my HBA1c was at 91 in January ...It is now march and my HBA1c is now at 55!!!! All this from eating the correct food.I have also lost an incredible 13.5 kg during this time ... I feel fantastic,full of energy plus the symptoms /flare ups of my Ankylosing spondilitis has practically gone...

Listen to this book ....more than once ;-) and you will reap the benifits from a truly fantastic lifestyle....

Vitamin and energy wow!!

The book is spot on. List in twice or read twice as i did. Vitamin D knowledge spot on. And the n vitamins. Including the magnesium info. It's all has dropping correct. Along with the food choice. I'm in my 3week diet so far and I tell myself every day it's worth it. Create a new habit. And yes it's getting better

AMAZING

loved it. i am not fat on the out side, but i struggle with a sugar addiction. which i think is causing alot of my autoimmune disease to flare up. This book has helped me get my head in the right place to make the right choices for my self and my family regarding sugar consummation. Thank you Craig. I read your alcohol lied to me book first. Ive fought that battle and won. i have been sober for five months and loving it. Now im on to my next battle.. Thanks again..

Excellent but ..

Excellent book, too the point, factual and informative. However the link to the website that Craig keeps mentioning takes you to a different website plus I’m not sure where I can download the pdf of the red amber green diet sheet.

Good motivator

Excellent intro into the activity of sugar in our foods and its effect.
Not enough of a list of good foods which will aid wait loss by not having sugar or the ability to convert into sugar. I have started and am re-listening for reinforcement.

Eye opening!

Simple to understand and very, very eye opening! Have been (reasonably closely) following the plan for 4 weeks - definitely starting to see good results. Love it and am a convert! - no sugar, no wheat!!! :)
