Such a shame

Shame she didn’t manifest an editor or sound engineer to edit the multitudes of mistakes. Super unprofessional and a real shame.

Engaging and easy to understand

The book is laid out in such a way it is easy for the reader/listener to understand and absorb. The author also has a calming yet authoritative voice.
