Not just for busy professionals

With all that's going on in the world and challenges of daily life, this book gives some great advice and instructions on how to deal with the stress they cause. This stress impacts everyone. I would definitely give this book to everyone to remind them its ok to do nothing. I need that reminder myself some times. :o) Great job to the author for laying this recovery system out!

There is another way!!! A better way...

God knows I’m not lazy and used to work tirelessly for my goals but I would always find myself exhausted, burnt out with little progress and I never knew why! What would seriously frustrate me the most was my business partner (my husband) who has always taken his time, literally do less, and would somehow achieve 10x more than me. I would be like seriously??? I get up way earlier than him and am more productive than him, WHY?! But after listening to this audible book, the truth was revealed as to why. This book taught me another way of achieving my dreams and goals that actually feels so much better, much more effective and intentional with a presence which paradoxically helped me achieve more in a shorter time with little to no effort. After listening to this incredible book, I am now able to gain weight, my hair and skin are healthier, I’m happier, my relationships are better, my communication is more effective and I’m able to provide much more intentional value to others in the world. If you want to wake up and snap out of the struggle of hustle, listen to this book and I promise you you’ll be more effective and happier.

Increased my Productivity

I have always been easily distracted, I say that I'm "working" but I'm actually scrolling through my phone or doing other random stuff which makes me fall behind on my work. After listening to this book, I took the advice and applied it to my life, and guess what,... I no longer scroll through my phone while working and I get the drive to get my work done. This gives me much more free time every day and I get more done. I recommend this book to other people that find themselves behind their work as they're not productive.

Live the life you want right now

I liked this book a lot. It makes you take a step back and survey the land for a moment. "Am I working too hard?"

Usually, we do fill our time with a bunch of nothing. Being busy is valued in our society more than working smart. This book highlights that and so many other useful tidbits that you might not consider if you're not told...

10/10 definitely recommend you read this book if you're looking for greater productivity.

Very thought provoking

My favourite quote from the book was "Better to do nothing than be busy doing nothing" If you're too busy in your life, then this book is for you.

Refreshing outlook on life

This book provides a whole new perspective on how we look and handle everyday problems and challenges. I really enjoyed the reference quotes from ‘’The Art of War’’, and how these are applied to the lessons. If you have a lot on your plate, striving for high performance and starting to feel the burnout, then I highly recommend this book.
