Summary

Do you like extreme horror? This is it...the most gruesome and sadistic tale of vengeance on the market.

In a dimly lit cell, a man has awakened to find himself surrounded by the most unimaginable and barbaric things that not even his worst nightmare could conjure up. His captor, Seth Coker, takes the man on a journey into his twisted world of vengeance. A world that runs parallel with the horrors that could only be found in the deepest and darkest parts of hell. A world that bestows a wrath of chaos upon the wicked of our society who have fallen through the cracks of the judicial system. Seth wasn't born a vigilante, nor did he seek out the role—it sought him out.

A portion of our society feels that rapists, molesters, murderers, and abusers should have rights, and anything beyond the normal punishment of confinement would be cruel and inhumane. Seth knows that the innocent are left without justice, while the wicked are roaming our streets without any remorse about the cruel and inhumane punishment that they bestow upon others. Offering up heart-pumping tales of revenge, suspense, and horror in all its guises, this book is filled with dark humor, political incorrectness, gruesome and sadistic acts from beginning to end. Be warned: This one will compel the meek to crawl into the fetal position and suck their thumb.

Awesome

If you want something gruesome, and funny to listen to, then this your book. I’ve followed Wade H Garrison for a long time, and he’s my favourite author, also can’t forget Drew Blood, awesome narrator.

Wow

I couldn't stop listening, this book is disgusting. But I loved every minute of it, It usually takes me weeks to get through an audio book. I finished this within 2-3 days.

Also I love the readers voice.

Not for the faint-hearted!

This story begins conventionally enough, with a detective and a severely mutilated corpse, but we then find ourselves waking up with a puzzled man in a torture chamber populated, seemingly, by the denizens of hell itself. Buckle up as the dungeon- aster,a sadistic vigilante named Seth, introduces us to each and every unfortunate inmate - some of whom are already dead, and others who just wish they were.............
I have to admit to being gripped by the story. Although there is lots and lots of pain and suffering, I don't really mind fictitious bad things happening to fictitious bad people, especially when accompanied by superb narration!
So, to sum up; if you like your horror with a side of intense gore and the merest soupcon of humour, look no further!

The Beginning Of A Modern Epic

Garrett first chapter in a Glimpse in to help will not disappoint. A good solid story from beginning to end. Brought to life magnificently by Drew Blood.
This is another highly recommend listen for anyone who likes a bit of blood gore and vengeance.

Cannot wait for book 7

Halloween and there was no better book than this !

The voice acting is spot on and the story \ the way it's all out together is so good and the gore is just right for this kind of story. But be warned, this is the stuff of nightmares so if you have a weak stomach, best stay away, as this guy's not playing around,... Lol
Right now I'm all in and even restarted chapter all over as some parts are so Awesome and funny at the same time. Really, it's the best kind of vigilante hero you could want !!! Can't wait to get in to book two . And hope the voice acting is as good ?!
One word... AWESOME HORROR !!!

unsurpassed in the genre.

extreme horror. stomach-churning gore fest from start to finish. this is the first book in the series, but not the first out on audio, this was my first read of Mr. Garrett's books, and I pick the entire series up regularly. I believe this is the best of the series, but some may disagree, as the entire set doesn't disappoint. The narrator, Mr. Drew Blood is fantastic, I can't imagine a better voice for the protagonist, Seth. BE WARNED, this is some sadistic, gorey, sick and twisted reading, I'm pretty sure if Satan himself read this book, he would have to pause, take his glasses off, rub his eyes and say "Damn, son..."
a firm 10/10 from me. Well done Wade, and well done Drew. brilliant. Thanks for your work.

I couldn't wait for it to end

I recently dipped my toe into extreme horror via Triana's Full Brutal, and I thought I was safe to venture into deeper waters. I was wrong. It's a tale well told, but truth be told I couldn't wait for it to end. Seth takes the doctrine of retributive justice to its logical extreme through torture so demonically evil and fiendishly inventive it's impossible not to detest him. Moreover, the mind-boggling violence is so detailed and so shamelessly celebrated it even made me wonder about the ethics of reading such a book. In that respect, Garrett accomplishes what he sets out to do: he generates in the reader genuine and deep feelings of disgust, horror, and outrage. That's why I couldn't stop reading it, but it's also why I couldn't wait for it to end.
