Amazing Book!

In my opinion, this is one of the best books ever written, second only to the Bible, it has to power to change your life. I wish this had been given me when I was teen!

Worth a listen

There were some good snippets throughout the book, I wouldn't say it is amazing, but if you can only pick out a few things and it makes a difference to your life and happiness, then it is well worth a listen.

Too old for young teenagers

I found that some of the information was fantastic but it was too Americanised and too old for my 12 year old.
