Utterly Reassuring

Just what I needed to stop worrying I'm being a bad mum (about sleep arrangements at least!). So much solid research and evidence based conclusions. I would recommend this book to every mother who wants to work with her instincts.

A must-read for new or tired parents

A very accessible overview of bedsharing and research. It has an angle, but provides useful counter-arguments to those promoting sleep training practices (including healthcare professionals).
