a book I have been searching for , for years !
this book is almost as if I was dr weekes patient in the book .. this is the only book I have found where I can relate to almost 100% of what she is saying .. highly recommend . very helpful and informative

Classic self-help book, way ahead of its time.
This book saves lives. Dr Weekes had such depth of knowledge around the subject. She explains her programme for recovery with clarity and genuine understanding and compassion for the person experiencing anxiety. The narration is nicely delivered and made special because of the familial connection.

All of Dr Weekes books are brilliant and I really liked the slight adaption of this audio book. Her work is some of the most important information you could ever read about anxiety and nervous breakdown
