Summary
The battle for Earth begins with a secret invasion....
They came from the brightest star in the southern constellation of Carina. First they studied us. Now they're among us, threatening human existence as they search for the Starcore, the greatest device of the lost Polarions.
Logan is captured in the Nevada desert but escapes in Greenland. There he finds an extraterrestrial stealth ship, giving him the means to take the battle to the enemy.
He will fight the aliens underground. He will fight them in the sky, and he will fight them in space. He will never surrender.
Logan becomes a one-man wrecking crew while using alien technology better than any being alive.

After an initial slow burn it took off!
At first I though this was going to be a ‘B movie’ version of an alien Sci-Fi but by chapter 5 I was hooked. It turned out to be a well thought out fresh twist to an alien invasion story. Can’t wait for the next one now!

Just amazing
Great fast pace page turner!i love the plot with its American slant to it. Highly recommended for all.

this has been a lovely story and yes its been done before. but you have to admit this has been done well, and there is more to come. woohoo. the narrator is quality too. well done. thank you.

The main character doesn't use his head to think.
The main character thinks more with a certain male organ than with his head, ignoring immediate solutions which would solve the entire conflict of the book to save a girl he fell in love with after one kiss while refusing the obvious signs that he was strung along.

Story a bit consused
Loved the performance and the story is entertaining, but with so many set changes i struggled to remember where it started. Essentially it is 3 story lines tied together by one "hero figure". For me a bit of an overkill for a standard sized book
