Summary

In a novella of galactic magnitude, the space-traveling monk Everett Akasha begins his quest to rescue his brother while being pursued by the galaxy's most dangerous bounty hunters, corporate enforcers, alien mob goons, and supernaturally talented assassins. In the company of an artificial intelligence with emotional issues and a cat with horrendous gas, will he survive the unforgiving depths of space?
