Summary

The whole story
Loved the book which was really well written. Disappointed with the narrator as her childlike voice prevented the suspense that the story deserved coming through.

Fairly easy to read . Only downside was the narrator . If this was meant to be a thriller the narrator made it like she was reading a teenage novel . Completely wrong for the actual ethos of the storyline

Read it!
a thriller that does not depend on overblown action. A good plausible story that unfolds and keeps you guessing, right to the end. Well told and scenes you can envisage.

Gripping thriller - performance was a let down
This was good book. Really had me gripped from the first chapter, fast paced and consistent tempo with a good twist. However the narration was really disappointing and took me out of the story at times. The narrator didn’t grasp the tone of the story, was monotone at times and almost as if reading a teen drama novel. I would have rather read this then listened to it.

A thrilling female lead crime novel
This book was a impulse purchase and it was good, the story was broadly fresh and well written, but the narration was abit cumbersome and took you out of the story in places. However would recommend.

WOW THIS WAS SO GOOD
This book had my heart pounding! As a woman this is one of my worst fears it really did have me on the edge of my seat and the author did an amazing job telling the story! What an amazing ending ❤️ I will definitely be reading the authors other books

A twist
The build-up whilst driving down the highways was intense. I love the twist in senior sophomore year. Perhaps this can turn it into a movie.

A Must Listen
One of the best thrillers I’ve read/listened to in a while! Would have sounded even better if same narrator did this as in “Ask for Andrea” but it’s still a good listen. Narrator does a good job - nothing against her.
