Couldn’t stop listening
Rachel Abbott never fails to have me wishing I had nothing to do but listen to her books all day and night! This one beat all my expectations! Brilliant book. Lisa Coleman great narration as always. Thoroughly recommend.

A little slow to begin with, but a good read still
Another good story hy Rachel Abbot.
It's a little slow to begin and it took me a while to get into it because of this.
There is also a lot of Red Herrings throughout and almost seem unnecessary at times.
However, a good read/listen all the same. The last 3rd is much quicker paced and keeps your guessing right until the end!

Another original and gripping story
Yet again, Rachel Abbott has come up with an original, twisty story that grips you from the off. This was the last book I needed to listen to in the Tom Douglas series as I've listened to them as they've come on offer, but I truly hope to fins more Rachel Abbott books to listen to. Lisa Coleman, asalways supplies supurb narration too.

Outstanding!
I have read every single one of Rachel’s books and enjoyed them all but I think this one is possibly her best yet. I would give it 7 stars if I could! Can’t wait for the next one!

Good story
A very pleasing book with good characters and a great story. It held me until the end where the title of the book becomes clear. Will definitely read more of Rachel Abbot. The narration was excellent.
Enjoyed it.
