If only he hadn’t read his own book.

The info contained in this audio is informative but it’s his voice - and breathing - that makes it very difficult to listen to. If only he had passed this on to a professional reader it wld have been great. I missed larger chunks if it because I dozed off, honestly if you can’t sleep this is the book for you.
I hope this guy doesn’t have students, they must need to drink very strong coffee to make it thru his lectures.
Such a shame.
If you are an insomniac this is the book for you.
