Loved 3/4 of it!
Loved most of it but must say I am disappointed at the end. I don't know why I was expecting a better twist in the last 5 minutes. I didn't really like the last chapter 😔

Wonderful
I mean, most of this story could have been avoided if people were honest with eachother, but you fall in love with the characters so much you can forgive them for that and be grateful for the story! Another stonker from CH!

My new favourite author
This author has a way of drawing you in completely so you feel you know the characters and really feel every emotion they are going through.
This book was no different.
She is a fantastic author x

A good story but dreadful narration!
The voice of Clara was great and read with passion that pulled you into her emotion but dear god the voice of Morgan was a cross between AI and a child learning to read - and - over - pronouncing - each - word - like - a - robot! Even when describing moments of extreme emotion it was the most dreadful robotic voice! I nearly gave up several times due to how bad it was but wanted to hear the conclusion to the story.
Story line was good, some enjoyable characters you could empathise with but all ruined by the voice of Morgan, particular over pronouncing to word ‘to’ as ‘too’…….eg ‘ I have got too go too the school to find out what my daughter has been up too’ (all in a robotic voice!!) Awful narration ruined a good story!

Short of 5 stars for one reason!!
As usual CoHo's writing is really good, so far had no complaints about any of her books except this one. The story flowed well pace great loved Clara and Morgan. But ***spoiler****
The way Morgan dealt with her husband's affair was too unrealistic. That whole issue felt unresolved and felt the readers should have at least got a little insight into what drove Chris and Jenny to do what they did. They got away with the ultimate betrayal never got to answer for what they. Just left filling unfulfilled hence the 4 stars.
