Easy to follow methods to get wha tyou want
I was shocked to hear that 90% of American millionaires had ventured into real estate investing. I had no idea that so many wealthy people were in the real estate business. I have a friend who wants to get into real estate investing with me, so I figured I better do some research to determine if I want to do this. In this book, I learned that putting together crafty business plans and exploring various investment strategies would be crucial to a venture's success or failure.
I liked that the author made this book very simple to digest., I have never been interested in real estate investing, but since my friend brought it up, I have been doing my research, and by far, this book has explained things to me that I was not finding or understanding from other resources. I feel like I now have the fundamentals under my belt and can start to more serious conversations with my friend.
I am very grateful this book was available, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to expand into real estate ventures.

A GREAT RESOURCE
I enjoyed how this audiobook provided step-by-step instructions for getting started as well as crucial components of successful real estate investing. It's interesting to listen to because the material is provided in a clear and interesting way. The book was thoroughly researched, and the author included all the tools and information necessary to succeed in real estate investing and raise money for this investment opportunity. Comprehensive and Thorough Guide!
This is the 3rd audiobook I have listened to on real estate investing and it by far stands out in front of the other two I listened to. First, the author gives a thought introduction to real estate investing and if it is the right thing for you. From there, the author dives into raising capital for real estate investing. To say I learned a lot is an understatement. The author clearly is an expert on this and lays it out very clearly for a newbie like myself. Very resourceful ways to get the funding you need and laid out with specifics, very helpful!!!

An In-Depth Look
I recently finished Raising Capital for Real Estate Investing - An In-Depth Look at 5 Methods to Raise the Money You Need to Start Your New Business and I am so impressed. The author does an excellent job of introducing the reader to real estate investing and laying out the steps to raise the capital needed to get the ball rolling. One of the key takeaways from the audiobook for me was from Chapter 4 - people are the most valuable currency you can earn. This is such a powerful reminder that relationships are one of the most important things in life and business. I also have to mention the amazing narration of the audiobook, which made it all the more enjoyable to listen to. I would highly recommend this audiobook to anyone interested in getting started in real estate investing.
