I'm sold on her books!

This is the second book I've got for quick workout sessions.

My wife and I are really busy people, we haven't got time to spend hours at the gym every week!

Great exercises, easily done but you really feel you've completed a full workout afterward.

I'll certainly continue with the daily routines - a good start of the year purchase.

For Busy People


This fits in my schedule. I don't have time to spend hours at the gym. The exercises are simple enough and quick so I can always get my daily exercise.

Pretty good

I like the music but I wished there was a larger variety. The workouts are good but I found it hard to visualize what I needed to do. The PDF works well to help with that.

A Fun and Upbeat Workout That You Can Do Anywhere

I got this guide so that I could exercise wherever I go (and work on my hips, bums and tums).

This was very upbeat and the trainer in the audiobook really motivated me to keep going (even when I wanted to stop).

I liked that there were different levels that you could follow.

I have printed out the progress sheets and have been using them to see how far I have come.

A good balance of practical advice and theory

The author presents the workouts in an easy to follow manner and the narration is done professionally. I have started using the workouts as a slot into my morning routine and must say that I am already feeling better for it.
I don’t have time to go to the gym or swimming pool with my work and kids so these quick workouts which can be done at home are perfect for a busy parent.
Give them a go and see what you think. I like them.
