My mind Body and Spirit has been shifted.

I have read this book more than once, all the way through, in sections and rouletted pages and paragraphs. It has been by my side since the day it arrived. I wondered if I really needed to listen to it as well..  Well I did and holy sh*t I have been taken to another place again. The rythmn of Mary's voice as she takes your hand through her story is like having life breathed into your soul. I relate to this as a horse women, as a women and as a humanbeing that can become lost with in life. The honesty, authenticity and generosity within these pages, within these words have changed me, they have found me... I feel the impact both emotionally and physically.

Read it, listen to it, absorb it, enjoy it.... life
