Needed to be longer

I wanted to love this one, I really did, because the cover is beautiful and tropical vibes are totally me, BUT I found this book really hard to follow. I didn't feel any of the chemistry between the characters and it was just too short.
I loved the setting and the characters were cute but I needed more, and this seems to be a similar theme for me with Lauren's books so far, which is such a shame as I'm sure I'd absolutely love them if they were longer.
I still enjoyed it though and I've downloaded more to listen to by this Author, but I just really hope there's more to the rest of the books!

Quick, cute, and fun
This was more of a play than a story so it takes a little getting used to the fact that there is no narration just dialogue. It also includes sound effects that were quite distracting and at times made me lose focus of the actual dialogue. That being said, it was a sweet and fun story. A quick if you will, at just shy of an hour and a half. If you’re looking for fun characters, brilliant performers, and a cute story. Definitely pick this one up.
There were some fantastic voices in this production. Andi Arndt and Jason Clarke do the brunt of the dialogue and are wonderful as usual. Emma Wilder, Dan Bittner, and Savannah Peachwood have some fun parts. And then you add in the wonderfulness of Erin Mallon and Jakobi Diem as the friends to the heroine and hero to round it out perfectly. Cast wise, this was a home run.

Great but too short
Listening this audio book was like listen to a movie without seeing the pictures. I would hear all the sounds of the different voices, actions and happenings, like swimming Ana keyboard sounds. I would easily picture the scenes in my mind while I listened. I was enjoying so much, l disappointed when the story ended.

Another lovely audiobook from LB
I loved this short audiobook! The multicast narration b6 some of my favorites was very good and made me realize how much I enjoy a full cast. The story was quick and sweet. Too short to deepen the characters but still enjoyable.

so much potential
feels like 90% of the book is missing which is really disappointing because it was really good but there was so many gaps in It, conversations between characters skipped over, feel like it was just a intro into what the book is about and not the actual book it's self

Very nice short listen
I wouldn't spend a credit on something this short, but as it was included in the Plus Catalogue, I downloaded it for a listen, and it's a Fab short story romance, and well worth a listen 😊

Great narration
The narrators performances were amazingly good, as always and it chocked me I could actually distinguish some of the narrators I often listen to, like Jakobi Diem, Jason Clark and Savannah Peachwood.
The story itself was a bit blah, but it was so fast that there wasn’t much time to get too bored.
The special effects were a little annoying sometimes, I imagine that would have been the experience with the old time radio show.
It is worthy of listening because it’s free and the narration is amazing.
