Large age gap
I think this is the largest age gap between any couple that I have read in this genre. Whilst I was quite often aware of it, at other times it was easier to ignore. Logan, at 55, comes across as quite youthful despite his health issues. He owns a certain immaturity when faced with grownup relationships. Bennet, who has had a violent childhood and prior relationship, is often the more adult of the two.
This is a long audiobook. I listened to it over a week of the holiday season. I chose not to read the ebook, as I usually do, because I really enjoyed Bill Burrows narration. The story drew me in and there is a lot going on throughout. My only gripe is that an important person is kept in the dark about their relationship, but then the word "secret" is in the title!

as good as teh ebook
The story is always 4 or 5 stars, because if I wouldn't like the story as ebook, I wouldn't listen to the audiobook.
The performance from the narrator is also very important for me. I can't listen to a lot, because my English as a non-native-speaker isn't so perfect to follow a whole story over hours, when the narrator speaks too fast or too sloppy. Normally I have to SEE the person, who is talking to me in English. It took me a little bit, to come into the narrator, but at the end, it worked. I only have to take a few breaks between. I'm just not yet finish with the book, but I listen enough to give a review.

i like this series.. it was well written and a good story. these characters were brought to life by this narrator. i enjoyed listening to it

Your son’s best friend? Out of limits!! That’s what Logan thought for a long time until Bennet comes back into his life. It wasn’t easy but I like they finally understood what’s important to them. Love and also acceptance. Lessons learned and a very steamy mpreg romance. Pretty enjoyable.

I loved the story of the young omega who tamed the older alpha soldier. I like the way you wrote about scarring tissue that makes it difficult for a woman to have a child, it's unusual to see it written about.
