Tremendous Value
What I like about "Off Grid Home Building Essentials" is that it is well written and well narrated and is a tremendous value because it is one of the few books in my library that came with a PDF version to help in using all of the information contained therein.
The book is about 5 hours broken down into 4 parts. Part 1 Selecting what type of home to build, (as low as only $2,000). Part 2 what type of energy (solar, wind and more). Part 3 covers sources of water (wells, ponds, spring water and more), and finally Part 4 covers various ways for heating, cooling and plumbing. With 5 hours of content each section is covered thoroughly.
If you are considering living off grid, this book is essential to add to your library.

a great resource for planning your journey
I've recently had an itch for off grid living but to really make it happen it has to be planned so the dream can come true. I appreciated how it made it very easy to know what to expect based off of your budget. Learn the different ways to secure water for your off grid life. Find the many ways to source power so you don't have to live in the stone age just because you're living away from the city and much much more.
