Incredibly helpful, a must listen

Being someone with chronic OCD, I found this audiobook incredibly helpful. There is so much good advice and information to help understand why we get compulsions but I was also intrigued by the information about intrusive thoughts and overthinking as that happens to me sometimes and probably happens to all of us.

I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone with OCD or anxiety, I hope it can help you like it helped me. The narration is so sensitive and friendly. I still listen to the chapters about the affirmations because they still help me.
