Best-selling author Caroline Myss was pondering her next body of work when she witnessed a spontaneous act of generosity. A young man, tattooed and pierced, ran to help an older woman with a bundle of packages at the risk of missing his oncoming bus. That act, coupled with her own experience of receiving a helping hand just when she needed it, got Caroline thinking: What are the long-range consequences that result from even the smallest favors offered to others? What really takes place in the energetic field of life when someone responds to someone else in need? On Invisible Acts of Power, this four-time New York Times best-selling author employs her experience as a renowned medical intuitive to answer these questions, explaining why being of service to another person is not an option - it is a biological necessity. Invisible Acts of Power invites you to learn more about:
As we move from visible acts, such as caring for a friend, to invisible acts, such as prayer and healing, we act divinely, without desire for credit or reward. Using her own stories and those drawn from her thousands of readers and listeners worldwide, Caroline Myss chronicles the many ways you can create small yet profound miracles, gain a greater sense of spirituality, and transform your life and others' lives in an instant. An original adaptation of the author's book by the same title.

A very intriguing read. The depth of Caroline ' s assessment of true generosity as a human being and the examples she draw from is absolutely mind and soul shifting. It is impossible to remain the same after listening to this. Really good.
Very good book, easy to listen to and gives you some deep food for thought. Going to get more of her books.
"Another thought-provoking presentation"
As an avid student of this author I listened non-stop. I have in the past always returned several times to her books as she presents wisdom that I am not always ready to consider or absorb. I've been listening (and reading) for more than twenty years, across various formats, and for me she comes across as a beloved teacher. I prefer listening to her because I love the personality that comes through.
"one aha moment after another"
I have always used the word weird and crazy about the feelings I have regarding my intuition. Never again will I use those words to describe my thoughts. Eye opening and a great lesson for me.
