Concise - no fuss weight loss advice

I appreciated the conciseness of this book. Lasting just the right length of time to listen to the whole thing without losing concentration. The information was factual and thought-provoking without being high-brow at all. Being narrated by the lovely, expressional voice of Vidya makes this book an easy one to keep re-listening to and to refer back to.

Tired of endless dieting without a lasting effect?

Whether you are an experienced dieter, who has read and heard and followed a lot of advise on how to loose weight or a newbie wondering which of the hundreds of approaches to try to finally help you to become leaner, the no nonsense, simple and science backed advice in this book might be the final step to a lasting weight loss.

It sums up the latest research without boring you with too many details (which can be looked up in numerous books focusing on the specific subject) and offers the set of simple steps (low carb diet, meditation etc...) that are easy to follow and include into the daily routine.

Also, it's so well narrated, the narrator's lovely and engaging voice pulls you in effortlessly and it's easy to absorb and understand the content.
