Inspiring book
There are just a few people who were born as a real leader. Most of us need to learn and practice those skills. This book was exactly what I needed to become a better leader to my team. I highly recommend it to all managers and team leaders.

Very Insightful!
I was delighted with the author’s step by step process in Chapter 2. He gives us the specific steps for planning and structuring, which we need to take to be a great leader. His tips are easy to understand and follow.

This is an intelligent and helpful audiobook
A wonderful audiobook for anyone in a leadership position. I have only been applying what I learned in the audiobook for a short time and I am beginning to notice the difference in me and my team.
