Summary
Twelve-year-old Josh wants only two things in life: to guide his friends, both old and new, across the zombie-infested Texas countryside to the airlift in San Angelo, Texas using his knowledge of zombie lore, and to be reunited with his dad and baby brother at the FEMA camp.
If only he didn’t have to deal with one of the most deadly threats of any zombie apocalypse: a teenage boy determined to woo Josh’s crush, Corina, and take over the small band of kids.
Josh and the zombie hunters survived some of the worst situations the zombie apocalypse has to offer in The Living Dead Boy and Lost in Texas. Now, they’ll have to make hard choices and risk their very lives to Journey Across Zombie Texas.

A great conclusion to the story of the Zombie Hunters! It was exciting that the kids struggle to survive in the zombie apocalypse, as they fought to survive and reunite with their loved ones.

Absorbing
I was absorbed from the beginning of this instalment through to the end, hanging on every word. I was on the edge of my seat during this epic road trip, happy and amazed at the zombie hunters success, and crying for them with their disappointment.

Another great young adult zombie novel
A great third book and hopefully not last in this series ! I really never thought I would enjoy a young adult zombie book but this series has given me hope that there can be a great story and not have all the zombie gore.

Excellent!
Journey Across Zombie Texas is an excellent YA zombie post-apocalyptic book. There is a perfect balance of adventure, drama, and suspense; while remaining suitable for the younger audience. I really like Rhiannon Frater's writing; she is a very skilled author. The narration by Kasi Hollowell's was great, and I'm satisfied with her performance.

Great series!
I am hoping there might be another book bit thinking this might be it. I really liked these books and hate for them to end! The narrator did an excellent job in making the characters come to like. Some of the characters I wanted to strangle and some encourage!Great for your library and well worth the credit or money.
