Informative and motivating

I've tried a lot of different approaches to weight loss.
However, unlike other diet books that force you to give up delicious foods, this one is different.
The book focuses more on when than on what you eat. To be honest, I’m afraid to do fasting, but this book makes fasting seem less intimidating. It is backed up by science and explains how and why it works. I was shocked to hear that it's beneficial for a lot more issues than just weight loss. And the best part for me is that it talks about feeling good about yourself. I never thought about how changing when I eat could make me feel sexy and strong. :)

Highly recommend

I finally understand intermittent fasting

I never really understood what intermittent fasting was all about until I listen to this audiobook. I am so glad a friend gave this too me.
