Summary
A lot of work done in academia and in the law is social in nature: the vehicle for such work is logical, but its substance is social in nature. Consequently, when it is done very intelligently, as opposed to moderately intelligently, it is very high B-plus level work, as opposed to low B-plus level work. But it never crosses that all-important line that separates B-plus from A-minus work.
