On this longer 56-minute disc, Dr. Joe walks you through Meditation 1: Changing Two Beliefs and Perceptions. After introducing the open-focus technique, he then moves you into the practice of finding the present moment. When you discover the sweet spot of the present moment and you forget about yourself as the personality you have always been, you have access to other possibilities that already exist in the quantum field. That's because you are no longer connected to the same body-mind, to the same identification with the environment, and to the same predictable timeline. In the present moment, the familiar past and the future literally no longer exist, and you become pure consciousness - a thought alone. That is the moment that you can change your body, change your environment, and even create a new timeline for your life!

Being a supporter of meditation and familiar with the work of Joe Dispenza, I thought I'd give this a go and I'm glad I did. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I would recommend listening a number of times to get full benefit.
The actual exercise is very good but Dr Joe Dispenza tries to hard at the beginning of the exercises and it doesn't help to focus. but Overall I will recommend it.
I'll give this book close to the highest ranks among all the audiobooks I've listen to
There is no one specific memorable moment as you need to stay with it all the way...
Joe Dispenza takes you step by step through the process of tuning to your mind and your body.
This book helped me to relax and unwind.
For many this could be a great way on the journey of self discovery.
Engaged me right away. Great for setting or working on intentions. Just wish he had one that was 15-20 minutes long for the days I don't have time.
"A wonderful guided meditation"
This meditation has helped me make real, positive change in my life. I credit Joe Dispenza with helping me get through one of the worst times of my life. This is one of the meditations that got me back on track to a happy life.
At first I kept falling asleep and found it a little peculiar. After several listens , I really had a shift in consciousness . Will continue with this meditation and it is now on my #1 go to list! Thanks Joe!

"Almost exact same as Meditation 2 CD"
I enjoyed Meditation 2 but am at a loss to understand why a separate CD is needed and sold as Meditation 1 which begins the exact same way (@first 14 min are exactly same) and end with another similar meditation. The middle doesn't seem that much different either.
"My feeling of completion"
I was led on a journey that allowed me to explore my existing surroundings and then become my intention and then take it to a new level where I extended to heights beyond that I had not expected. From this partly I did not want to return but also partly I wanted to return because it was the right time to do so and experience my renewed inner strength, power, compassion and love. I was reminded of the times where I loved with pure soul and of the times where I was strong beyond measure. And I was barred from the past. I literally could not enter an office where I was which I know represents my past and I walked away renewed with my new vision and purpose. I am beginning a new path and I am so grateful for this opportunity. I am a greater soul, a greater human being, a far greater extension of my past self. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

"Sounds weird but it seems lo Work..."
Very strange Meditation, but it does seem to work. Certainly I get into a deep state of relaxation, but'T have to pst accept the weird style to do so.
"It's a wake up call!"
1. This should be taught in every school, reinforced in college, and be part of TV shows on Prime Time! Our world would be much much much better! Happiness would be our normal, our "routine"
2. I only wished it was a little shorter...30 minutes?
