More than for woman alone, for yourself!
This book is written with the goal of attracting woman by becoming a attractive male. what I found was that is was much more than that! It is a guide to how you can live your life with integrity with yourself. It gives a robust story of what involves a life like this, and what you should/can work on to accomplish it. It is a book on itself, but it also refers to different sources to dive deeper. This book ignited my fuel, and it made me dive in deeper and my life is improving already. In the process the way you live your life will attract others, an probably better quality woman. I highly recommend this book. It also struck me how much info can be given in a 2 hour audiobook. Thanks Bruce!

Ready to listen the second time already
This that and the other won’t be precise for your particular likes.
I might slow down the speed of speech the 3rd time I go through this book, but I can’t wait and it’s a good book.
Because my opinion that I see and you may not, is that the precision of subject is 100% direct and precise and most importantly, the correct way that true life actually is and I know it heard before and tried and won with it when applied for some time.
Resuming: each word of every chapter is straight to the point and very covered left and right highlighting the bad when opposite is done rather than suggested.
A slap to the psychological structure that wakes a human up alinde again.
If your glass is half full and when life gives you lemons you make a G&T then you’ll love this wise one.

I like how the author takes things from a solid moral standpoint and links it to the biological and psychological aspects of humans to show that much of what men need to do will naturally attract high quality women.

Great additional advice
I listened to this after 'what women want when they test a man' and even though a lot was covered in the previous book, it still had some very good points and a helpful top up on what I have already read. This was like the title suggests, more about ones self and how to be a better man while the other book is how a woman works. Every man should listen/read these books.
