The Yoga Matrix, gave me great insights as to how the many aspects and paths of Yoga blend and overlap. Richards's ability to take a comprehensive subject and explain it in an easy to understand, humble and at times fun way makes this book a must for most, if not all with an interest to learn the origins and essence of Yoga. Boring, monotonous, and not inspiring at all! The attempt to educate was feeble and most of what was covered seemed unnecessary
