A clear path to wealth and abundance in just 30 minutes a day!
In today's economy, it's more important than ever to get clear about your personal and professional goals- and to commit to a plan that will get you there. In The Path to Wealth: Seven Spiritual Steps for Financial Abundance, multimillionaire entrepreneur and angel investor May McCarthy shares her own daily practice to help you do just that.
The first step on this journey is to welcome a new member to your financial advisory team: the all-knowing power of the universe that McCarthy affectionately calls the Chief Spiritual Officer, or CSO for short.
In part one of the book, you'll learn how to set up and activate the seven-step daily practice. You'll learn the job descriptions for both yourself and your new partner, and you'll see that when these steps are applied on a daily basis, you will experience a complete shift in your thinking about how financial wealth and abundance are created.
In part two, you'll go deeper into the practice to gain insight about your purpose, learn how to successfully navigate financial ups and downs, and overcome the fear of failure as well as eliminate old beliefs and behaviors that have kept you from experiencing the success you really want.
Best of all, the steps outlined in this book will teach you how to develop your own financial intuition, which is key to noticing and pursuing the opportunities that will present themselves once you are on this path.
Financial abundance can be a game of fun and prosperity, but only when you realize that you don't have to do everything yourself. Your new partner wants to help you. Let May McCarthy show you the way.

"Great Tips! Awesome Narrator!!"
I really enjoyed this book. The tips and advice seem to be practical and easy to implement in one's daily life and routine. I appreciated the stories and examples included with the lessons. What can I say about the narrator?! AWESOME!! I wish this woman could narrate every audible book. I'd probably purchase more of them if she did. I'd give this narrator 10 stars if I could! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
"A nice self-help book (more than just about money)"
My rating: 4 stars
Audiobook narrator Rosemary Benson rating: 4 stars
I was gifted this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
This book kind of reminded me of The Prayer of Jabez. Do y’all remember that book? I read it a long time ago and I remember that I enjoyed it (it was short and made me feel good though I don’t recall fully following through with the steps and such). I imagine that The Path to Wealth would receive similar criticisms like The Prayer of Jabez did. Just like any self-help kind of book, these books are much better in the written form than in the audio form (in my opinion).
In any case, this was a good book and I liked a lot of the messages that were discussed. I kind of liked how it was religion-agnostic so that it could reach any party of people. But, I also like things more tailored towards how I think and feel (just a personal preference). I’ll be honest though – it is really hard for me to find the time that is needed to follow the steps in this book. At this current moment, I really have zero time in my mornings to spend time with this book. As soon as I wake up (super early in the morning) and get things going, I have to hop in the car and drive forever until I get to work.
However, I did find some time a few mornings here and there to go through the steps and I enjoyed my time doing so. I feel that things would be ‘better’ if I continually took time to go through the steps. I really like all of the positive affirmations that this book thrusts upon its readers. Even if people aren’t so sure on the spiritual side of things, this book cites many studies performed scientifically to prove how important positive affirmations are. I think that is a good message in itself. I also liked the forgiveness mantra.
I enjoyed the narrator. She was very clear and audible. She made me think that she was the author delivering me her secrets of wisdom.
Thanks for the free book Rosemary!
"Good idea, wish there was more information though"
I thought it was a good read and made total sense to me, but after 30 days of applying it, nothing really changed. It does mention you can have a block but doesnt explain how to get past the blocks.
"CSO - chief spiritual officer"
This is an interesting book. The backbone is "talk out loud about your plans and desires to a chief spiritual officer"
Whether the mechanic is simply programming your subconscious, or some actual metaphysical connecting with your inner spirit, that's what this book is about. It's from a strong business leaning, so a bit better grounded than a lot of new age nonsense books. It's mechanism is still agnostic theocratic in nature, so if that's not your bag, then this book isn't for you.
I'm approaching my life from a pragmatic view that just even realizing what my goals are, and speaking them aloud every day is a great way to begin the day. I found value in the book from that perspective. I like that the author comes from a successful corporate ownership background.
I was lost for a while and my biz was in the toilet -- after only 3 days of meetings with the CSO -- my biz has done a 180 and we're back in the black -- thank you May McCarthy for showing me the way back to the real reality.
