"Just a rehash of his other abridged book."
I would like to listen to the full book this was just like his previous book...I bought both and one would have done just fine.

Solid information on self control tactics. Easy to understand; simple to utilize. Spot On, Jeremy.
While this was good information the reader was a bit monotone and it did get a little boring toward the end because of it.
