This gave me a silence and a stillness that I have rarely found, and something I often long for. Beautiful!
I'm a beginner I think in as much as I have still, after, quite a while, I found myself still looking for what I could put my finger on and say "this is my starting point". This book has done that for me. what more could I have asked of a "how to" book A five out of five.
"Present moment awareness"
If you're serious about learning to meditate in the present moment following ancient Christian tradition, this book is for you.
"great mindfulness overview"
I enjoyed this, but I was hoping for more information the way of how to incorporate scripture into the practice.
